When contacting the hotel, registrants should

1. ‣ reference “IEEE Communication Theory Workshop” and
   

1. ‣ submit the hotel reservation form (room rate includes breakfast and is refundable).
   

Note that the deadline for reservation at the CTW discounted rate is May 25, 2011. All hotel rooms booked following the above procedure will have the sea view.
